1. About Tactical Market
Tactical Market — Developed by Unc — is an independent community and marketplace for free, paid, rented, trial, lifetime, custom, and Tactical Vault protected configuration access, Verified Creator services, customer libraries, support, giveaways and Creator tools.
2. Independent Platform
Tactical Market is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, certified by, owned by, or operated by XIM Technologies or game/hardware companies. Third-party names are used only for compatibility identification. Tactical Market Verified Creator means verified by Tactical Market only.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Users must be at least 13. Minors require parent/guardian authorization for paid activity. Every person uses an individual account and is responsible for protecting credentials, passkeys, MFA and recovery codes.
4. Roles and Verified Creators
Only Owners may grant, suspend, restore or remove Verified Creator status. Creator-tool permissions are separate and Owner-controlled.
5. Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for listings, pricing, content rights, custom work, support promises, lawful refund terms, taxes and legal compliance. Misrepresentation or stolen content is prohibited.
6. Free/Paid/Custom
Free access does not transfer ownership. Paid/custom deals are between the Creator and Customer unless expressly stated otherwise. Tactical Market provides marketplace, licensing, support, payment integration and dispute tools without automatically becoming a party to each independent deal.
7. Access Plans
Products may offer Free, Trial, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Custom Duration and Lifetime access. The entitlement record controls access start/end.
8. Free Trials
Trial defaults to 60 minutes but the responsible Verified Creator or an Owner may set another duration. Trial redemption and expiration are recorded and abuse may be restricted.
9. Lifetime
Lifetime means continuing entitlement subject to these Terms, not ownership of source code, guaranteed compatibility forever, or immunity from lawful revocation following fraud/refund/serious abuse.
10. Tactical Vault
Vault Protected products may use entitlements, encrypted content, short-lived leases, device-reference hashes, fingerprints, revocation and protected runtime components. Customers receive authorization to use the product, not necessarily the Creator's master project or source.
11. Vault Restrictions
Unauthorized entitlement cloning, access-control bypass, fingerprint removal, protected-source extraction or redistribution is prohibited except where law provides a non-waivable right.
12. Customer Binds
Customers may remap Creator-authorized logical actions without gaining rights to recoil tables, timing, formulas, Smart Action internals or protected Creator content. Creators may lock required actions.
13. Config Creator
Tactical Market's Config Creator is independently designed. Access is Owner-controlled. Tactical Market does not claim undocumented XIM encoders/decoders or proprietary Smart Translator access.
14. Compatibility and Gameplay
Permanent compatibility, wins, rank, accuracy, anti-ban, undetectable use, or third-party approval are not guaranteed. Users are responsible for third-party rules and terms.
15. Payments
Different supported customer payment methods may be offered through third-party providers. Provider terms may also apply.
16. Financial Privacy
Tactical Market is designed not to store or expose raw full card numbers, CVV/CVC, bank passwords, full bank/routing details or another person's payout credentials. Providers should tokenize/vault sensitive data. Tactical Market may keep provider references, transaction/payout IDs, masked labels, amounts, status and audit records.
17. Payout Privacy
Each Owner/Creator manages their own payout destination. No Owner, staff member, Creator or customer is entitled to see another person's full payout credentials.
18. Commission
The standard marketplace commission may be 25%, but Owners may set 0% or another permitted rate per Creator and route platform commission among Owners. Each transaction preserves the rate/split applicable when recorded.
19. Transactions
Free claims, trials, rentals, purchases, renewals, lifetime/manual grants, refunds, commissions, payout references and entitlements may be recorded for accounting, support, fraud prevention, disputes and auditability.
20. TOS Acceptance
Users must affirmatively accept applicable Terms. Tactical Market may record account, Terms version, timestamp, transaction/request, user agent and reasonable session/network/device audit metadata.
21. Refunds and Chargebacks
Creator policies cannot remove mandatory consumer rights. Legitimate payment disputes remain available; knowingly fraudulent chargebacks are prohibited. Tactical Market may preserve transaction, TOS, entitlement, delivery and support evidence.
22. Support and Owner Review
Tactical Market provides support tickets and Owner escalation. Owners may help mediate in good faith but are not automatically judges, arbitrators, insurers, attorneys, guarantors or parties to each independent Creator-Customer deal.
23. Reviews and Giveaways
Reviews must be genuine. Owner-hosted giveaways may preserve entrant/winner/reroll history and have specific eligibility/prize rules.
24. Intellectual Property
Creators retain independently created IP while granting Tactical Market limited rights needed to host, display, license, deliver authorized access, operate Vault, update, back up, prevent fraud and investigate disputes.
25. AI/Extraction
Customers receive no permission for unauthorized extraction, reconstruction, reverse engineering, redistribution, commercial replication or AI training using protected Creator content where they lack rights. Tactical Market does not claim that notices can force every third-party AI to comply; technical access control is the primary protection.
26. Security/Conduct
Fraud, scams, harassment, malware, credential theft, unauthorized admin access, Vault bypass, key theft, entitlement cloning, marketplace/review manipulation and account-restriction evasion are prohibited.
27. Account/Creator Actions
Accounts or Verified Creator status may be restricted for fraud, theft, IP violations, repeated non-delivery, security abuse, unauthorized redistribution, misrepresentation or serious Terms violations. Primary Owner protection and audit history remain intact.
28. Audit Logs
Tactical Market may log login/security events, Owner actions, unlocks, role changes, Creator verification, product actions, transactions, trials, rentals, grants, revocations, commissions, support, giveaways and TOS acceptance.
29. Availability and Third-Party Changes
Tactical Market is provided as available. Hosting/payment outages, maintenance, software defects, game/firmware/controller/Manager changes and other third-party events may interrupt or change behavior.
30. Warranty/Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactical Market is provided as-is/as-available and does not guarantee particular gameplay results or every independent Creator service. Liability exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted and do not remove mandatory rights.
31. Governing Law/Contact
Before commercial launch Tactical Market will insert its legal entity, governing jurisdiction, legal/privacy/DMCA contacts, mailing address and required consumer notices. Mandatory law controls where it cannot be waived.
Community Principle
Tactical Market exists to help the community through free configs, premium/rental/protected access, custom player-tailored work, trusted Verified Creators and responsive support. Owners will make a good-faith effort to help resolve problems while independent Creator-Customer agreements remain between those parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
